Meet&Eat

Meet&Eat is an online platform for food lovers where people who want to eat good and healthy food but do not have time to cook, people who like cooking and want to monetize it and also tourists who want to dine with local people and learn about their culture can come together and fulfill their requirement while having fun at the same time. 

I was responsible for Marketing, competitor analysis, strategy and growth of the company. After working on startup for 1.5 months and raising Angel Investment, I had to leave the startup due to visa issues.

Sellonspot

Sellonspot.com connects college students, who want to buy or sell their used books to other students directly. This will be done through a social media (online website), where students can come and buy or sell their books to other students who are looking for same. This website will also give them a chance to compare the price of same book at various stores, online and offline. 

I was responsible for Marketing, strategy, growth, product development and pretty much everything (Biggest mistake and learning from my first start-up).

Start-up failed after I moved from US to Germany.

SEDS- Jaipur

The‘Students for the Exploration and Development of Space’ is an independent and the only international, fully student-run space organization in the world. SEDS educates people about the benefits of space, provides an opportunity for its members to develop their leadership skills through their involvement in space-related projects. SEDS believes in a space-faring civilization and that focusing on the enthusiasm of students is the key to humankind’s future in space.Itconducts educational events, conferences, trips, technical projects etc. I learnt about this organization at ISDC 2011. After coming back from US, I talked to my principal, formed an officer board and started its chapter in my school in June.  I organized various quizzes and contests including ‘Junkyard contest’ and‘Water Rocketry Contest’ in November. We also organized a telescope making workshop and a night sky observation session to teach students the basics of astronomy.
