Role & Responsibilities: 
-Achieved the highest meeting-to-RFQ conversion of 81 % ensuring quality leads are in the sales pipeline.
-Produced a 4 crore pipeline, MoM, in the mid-market team through outbound prospecting, consistently meeting the daily calls and email metrics.
-Volunteered to present product demos to chief executives of SMB and mid-market organizations resulting in a 10% increase in the RFQ count.
-Involved in achieving 2.2 Cr in sales for Q1 of 2022 and Q4 of 2021 in SMB and mid-market segments.
-Booked 25 demos MoM by generating interest from the prospects and ensured that smooth discussions between AE and prospect could take place.
-Trained and helped 3 BDRs during their ramp-up period which resulted in a seamless transition into their respective roles.
-Succeeded in closing an SMB account single-handedly and moved the prospect from one of our biggest competitors

Able Jobs

Able Jobs helps companies hire entry-level trained professionals in sales, support, and marketing functions, by providing them with end-to-end support, right from finding relevant candidates to training them and later deploying them. It has raised a seed round of $1.8 million from Saif Partners, Y Combinator, Neeraj Arora, Titan Capital, and First Cheque.

Role & Responsibilities :
 -Managed end-to-end admission process for the track program and generated more than 15 enrollments per week.
-Top performer for more than 8 weeks and collectively contributed to increasing the enrollment rate to 69 % MoM.
-Managed a team of 4 interns to drive the enrollments and was pivotal in building a scalable sales(B2C) process.

-Implemented the pilot runs, recorded feedback and utilized research to work out the shortcomings to formulate a more effective plan of action.
