•	Was a part of the pilot batch of Successful Onsite Transition of Customer Master Process. Initiated and actively participated in the ongoing progress monitoring and knowledge transfer between off shore on shore, through WebEx and client calls.
•	Downloaded the invoices and purchase orders from the individual customer portals and compared the purchase order with the respective quote and managed the Quote Audit as an Internal Auditor and supported the Quality Team.
•	Establish and manage supplier and customer relationship. Responsible for training the US Sales team across various divisions of Process - Delphi on the best practices thus bringing Standardization.
•	Generate Invoice from the customer portal, process invoices and create a unique contract number for each purchase order and learn the processing activity for individual customer. Prepare SOPs during Knowledge Transfer (through Web EX) and update the same on a monthly basis post verification with the client.
•	Knowledge transfer and trained the counterpart team in China and Romania through WebEx, clarification calls and emails. As the primary point of contact, handled all escalation and queries for the APJ and US region; prepare PKTs, maintain track records to understand the trend of TNIs and simplified the training modules/SOPs accordingly.
