I am a versatile professional with a diverse background in business development, marketing, project management, events management, and customer service. Throughout my career, I have built a strong network and established contacts with startups, conglomerates, community builders, co-working spaces, and investors across ASEAN countries. In my most recent role, I had the privilege of managing the Malaysia Techlympics 2022 competition, a special project by MOSTI executed by MRANTI. My responsibilities included planning, development, coordination, execution, and monitoring of the Malaysia Techlympics outreach content and competitions, with the goal of reaching 1 million Malaysian kids, teenagers, and youth and collecting 2,000 ideas for commercialization. I successfully raised RM212,900 in total for sponsorship from various state governments and corporate partners, and the Malaysia Techlympics 2022 received 1.03m registered participants, collected 1,200 ideas with potential for commercialization, 34m digital reach, trained 5,800 teachers and received Malaysia Book of Records in highest participants in STEM competitions. Prior to this, I run a 6-month accelerator program, a project by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and executed by Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), where I helped to produce successful entrepreneurs in supplying IR4.0 solutions in Malaysia. With Wadhwani Foundation, where I focused on developing entrepreneurship ecosystems and promoting the structured entrepreneurship program by the foundation to universities, colleges, and TVET institutions. My role included identifying suitable partners to implement the program, assisting in designing the program to fit partner requirements, and coaching and mentoring partners and students aligned with the program. I was a key member of the Global Accelerator Program (GAP) team at MaGIC, where I helped to grow 60 startups to be investment-ready within 4 months. My responsibilities included identifying and selecting strategic investors and partnerships, designing curriculum and program structure, mentoring startups, and managing program budgets. To date, I have mentored over 200 startups globally. I was also a founding team member of MaGIC Accelerator Program (MAP), where I was responsible for designing, planning, and executing the accelerator strategy. Prior to MaGIC, I worked at Malaysian Biotechnology Corp, where I assisted in the development and progression of a biotechnology company and I was a member of the Business and Market Development team at Multimedia Development Corp.
