I started as a Performance Marketer at 8 Views (a top digital marketing company in Hyderabad). 

As part of the company, I helped 30+ brands in planning, strategizing, executing, and scaling ROI-driven digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

I have expertise across various niches such as real estate, schools, fashion and clothing, interior designing, hospitals, food and restaurants, appliances, and so on. 

This gave me in-depth knowledge in planning funnels, audience research, curating copy, connecting with the audience according to their funnel stage, creating in-depth creative and communication strategies, and conversion rate optimization, Campaign Scaling, etc

As a core performance marketer worked with 50+ clients & spent $5+ million on ads and brought in amazing revenue for clients, 

I discovered a problem in the world of e-commerce marketing. It's not just about running ads - ultimately, someone needs to take out their wallet and make a purchase. 

Targeting is only 10% of the game, with the rest relying on customer research, creative strategy, strong ad copy, conversion-optimized pages, upselling and cross-selling, profitable AOV, customer retention strategies, and more.

With my experience in e-commerce marketing, we created a "done-for-you" product - an e-commerce doctor that helps online stores fix and grow their sales with a proven 7-step framework. However, this didn't go as well as we hoped, as we barely saw any profitability and it was draining our capital. We consider it a failure that gave us valuable lessons, and we closed it down.

Back in my college days, most of my mates were hanging around and running for grades. 

I started doing internships - as a sales business developer for an e-commerce brand and social media manager for a few early-stage startups, helping them to grow their social media presence. I used to conduct ambassador programs so that the companies could get some leads which later turned into good revenue.

Eventually, I found out about digital marketing in my second year of college. I started learning things here and there from YouTube, but I still lacked core technical skills. Then, I found out about the Digital Deepak internship program. As this was a paid program, I invested all my previous internship money in it to learn core digital marketing. 

This made my digital marketing skills grow exponentially.

At the age of 20, I started helping startups with digital marketing. I formed an agency (Digital Teja), hired an intern and freelancers, and provided services to clients such as website designing, social media creatives, video making, and Facebook ads. 

I helped 5+ clients with my agency while I was still in my final year of college.

I felt the need to explore and learn more and eventually discovered crypto during the bull market of 2021.

I became passionate about the world of Web3, blockchain, NFTs, and metaverse and began creating content focused on Web3, with the goal of simplifying blockchain for kids.

I said it. I did it. 14 Paid members for the November camp of Hustle Club 2.5X highest revenue ever for Hustle Club. 

7 Repeaters & 7 New

Total revenue of November - INR 20K.

It might sound small to some, but for me, this was on my bucket list.

→ Last September 2024, I quit my 1.2L/month job.

→ No backup plan.

→ Just a stubborn dream and a 6-pager doc I made before resigning - listing my risks, rewards, strengths, weaknesses, and my WHY.

I was already building Hustle Harmony, a mental fitness mobile app.

But when I quit, I set myself a target to make 15K/month through it by September 2025.

Why 15K?
Because that’s what I needed to survive.
(TBH, I was already making 10X from my services)
But I wanted to earn that 15K from something that was 100% mine.

Why September?
Because that’s when I turn 25, not a kid anymore.

But instead of hitting revenue in September, the Harmony app was a failure

I had to pivot.

I went all-in on Hustle Club (a community that makes early rising & high-performance habits second nature) - something that was just a side project for months (with 35+ paid members).

45 days of relentless work.
40 days of nothing moving.
5 days of everything changing (yes, believe me)

Now I understand what people mean when they say, “Overnight success takes years.”

Those 5 days carried 3.5 years of grind. (June 2022 is when I officially started my first startup, Performance Rhino)
Failures. Rejections. Stress. Heartbreaks.
All of it led to this one small win.

And I’m not posting this to brag.
I’m posting this to say thank you.

Pichikala Sai Pavan - who gave me his laptop for a year when I didn’t have a good one. All my bread, butter, and dreams for that year came from that laptop.
