College has taught me that I can look into the future and can be a part of it. I am glad I used to express myself and took the opportunities that I had, though I regret few of the opportunities that I missed due to hesitation and fear of failure but I made the most I could with everything I had. As a Associate Software Engineer at Xebia, I was always supported to open up and put forward my ideology and made sure that I don't repeat the mistakes that I had done in the past. The pleasant atmosphere and my colleagues had always encouraged me to push my limits. The place is filled with a lot of experienced people and everyone of them had a story that helped me to take a big step forward and taught me how I can contribute in building a future for myself and for Xebia.
