3- Send leaflet to pharmacology department and follow up the pharmacology approval release.
4- Review outer pack and send it to Naming committee to release the approval.

7- Follow up the approvals issued from different committees and departments responsible for Evaluating registration dossier (Stability, Pricing, Scientific, PV center, NORCB).
8- Write final appeal to be presented to technical committee to get registration license.
9- Preparing data & approvals for the registration dossier that will be submitted to the technical committee.

Evaluate and process prior authorization requests in accordance with respective policies schedule of benefits 
•	Evaluate the medical need for the requested service according to the medical data provided and  medical guidelines and policy’s schedule of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure delivery of customer service by greeting customer, understanding their needs, meeting their expectation and closing the sale.
2. Receive prescriptions from patients, assess and inform the patient the duration for completing the prescription and the availability of the medicines.
