The company wanted to automate the reports generation process since the current process was cumbersome. It required the support staff to run the API, collate the data into a spreadsheet and the adjust the report to get the desired format.

Optimizing existing research methods for automotive UX to obtain feedback from Toyota dealers. Worked closely with dealers to develop custom solutions to solve specific research questions. The project Applications Managed Services involved developing custom application for supply chain, modernization of vehicle allocation and accessory systems that form core of the organization’s business. The task was to significantly reduce operational risk and the total cost of ownership of systems, while increasing speed to value.

Digital Experience - Lead UX  Designer / Researcher

Deutsche Bank

Social and mobile altered the way banks engaged with customers. Now the second wave of Digital is set to drive even more profound change. On these lines, designed business critical digital platforms. Defined various research methodologies from qualitative and quantitative research, to moderated in-lab one-on-one to unmoderated remote with more than 250 participants, aggregating data, analyzing results, checking for bias, and composing and presenting findings to stakeholders. Project included usability studies for  bank’s web and mobile app products, money movement and bill pay, icon rebranding, bank branch locator pages, and cross-channel usage analytics. 

Conducted research for a flexible and powerful MI platform. The bank desired to have a control monitor platform that provided users the ability view breaches. Enable users to drill down to any level on any dimension and present data in two-dimensional matrix 
while accommodating standard and custom themes. Navigator, the new platform, was designed and developed by with presentation schemes from the legacy platform Scorpio. The focus of the new control monitor was on Themes/Metrics so the users will not only gain a high-level view of breach data across themes and metrics, but will also have the ability to navigate quickly between the metrics.
