I didn’t grow up with money, connections, or English as my first language.

What I did have was an early obsession with sales, personal growth, and building real-world skills that actually move revenue.

I started in network marketing at 18, spent years learning from top entrepreneurs and operators across Europe, and built one of the largest young marketer networks in the region. That phase taught me something school never did:
sales, communication, and systems beat pedigree every time.

After a short reset, I went back to fundamentals:

insurance sales
lead generation
cold calling
BDR / SDR roles

From there, I scaled across almost every revenue role you can name:
BDR, SDR, AE, Inbound Rep, Sales Coach, Team Lead, VP of Sales.

Over the last 6+ years, I went from a non-native English speaker to leading teams, closing deals, and designing GTM motions that actually work in the real world.

Today, I manage Partnerships at Warmly, where I focus on one thing:
turning ecosystems, partners, and signals into measurable pipeline and revenue.

At 18 I found sales.
I didn’t love it at the beginning, but it forced me to grow fast.

Cold calls. Rejections. Awkward conversations.
And eventually - confidence.

Years later, I’ve worked almost every Revenue role there is.

Not overnight. Not smoothly.
But honestly.

This post isn’t about success.
It’s about reps.

At the start of this year, Partnerships at Warmly, didn't really exists.

No program.
Less than 10 partners.
No expectations.

Just a belief that GTM partnerships could be more than logo swaps and intro-for-intro deals.

Fast forward to today:

 • 200+ partners signed
 • 100+ warm intros
 • $1.5M+ pipeline sourced
 • $750K+ revenue influenced

But the part I’m most proud of isn’t the numbers.

It’s the people who leaned in early, the agencies, operators, and GTM leaders who actually wanted to build something together.

Partnerships went from “nice to have” to a real function that drives revenue and trust.

Grateful for the team at Warmly for backing the bet (maximus greenwald & Keegan Otter (Software Cowboy 🤠) and for the partners who proved it was worth it.


2026 → fewer partnerships, deeper ones, and much higher impact.

Before it ever raced, people already had a nickname for it: “
the pig" 🐷 

Not because it was slow.
Because it was wide. Awkward. Unconventional.

The Porsche 917/20 didn’t look like a proper race car.
Compared to the sleek machines around it, it looked… wrong.

Most teams would’ve tried to hide that.

Porsche did the opposite.

They embraced it.

They painted it pink.
Added butcher-style cut lines.
And labeled every panel like a meat diagram.

What started as an internal joke became a statement.

And then the race happened.

The “pig” quietly ran near the front.
Finished 2nd in class.
And became one of the most remembered cars in motorsport history.

Not because it fit the category,
but because it redefined what mattered.

That story keeps coming back to me this week.

Salesforce just acquired Qualified.

Which is the clearest signal yet that website chat as a category has peaked.

And it creates an interesting shift.

Because the next winners won’t be the tools that look like chat.
They’ll be the ones that act before someone clicks “talk to sales.”

That’s the “pig moment” for inbound.

Warmly doesn’t wait for form fills.
It identifies buying intent, understands signals, and acts automatically.

At first glance, that looks unfamiliar.
Maybe even wrong.

Until you see the results.

History is consistent on one thing:

The market laughs first.
Then it remembers.
Then it follows.
