Based on sales as a district manager, I was promoted to manage sales team of nine district sales representatives.  
•	Accountable for a $1.2 million annual quota.  
•	Recruited, hired, and trained new district sales reps from the ground up.  
•	Managed work flow and ensured accuracy on hundreds of payroll conversions and implementations for small to mid-sized businesses. 
•	Conducted on-going weekly training and development on territory management, structure of a sales call, and mastering the art of building solid referral-based relationships.  
•	Responsible for driving daily sales activities with my team through weekly planning/calendar review sessions and bi-weekly ride-alongs to provide sales support and feedback.  
•	Ran weekly phone canvassing sessions to book solid activity with prospects, clients, bankers, and accounting firms.
