I'm 【H】【A】【N】【Z】【O】, an entrepreneur and sales expert with a passion for empowering individuals and businesses to achieve their KPIs, goals, and ROIs. Inspired by the special forces warriors from ancient Japan, I adopted the name from Hattori Hanzo while studying Ninjutsu – the arts of Ninjas – back in college. In 2009, I founded Sales Ninja, a sales solutions company, Hero Training, a corporate training provider, and Aggressive ROI, a specialized B2B outreach digital marketing company. As a sales trainer and consultant, I noticed after training, participants cannot remember what they have learned or are unable to practice what they have learned effectively. The current post-training solutions available in the market, such as quizzes, e-learning reinforcement, and physical coaching were not effective, not consistent, and not good enough. Other business pains included a lack of patience from leaders to coach the learners on the content of the training, staff leaving, and difficulty in training new staff.
