After graduating from Southampton University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, I joined Shell Marine as a Personnel Officer. Following on from my success in this role, I moved to Bibby Shipping as Assistant Personnel Manager, managing over 600 shipping personnel for Global Marine Systems Ltd for 4 years. Then moving into a shore based executive recruitment role for 5 years and gaining my professional recruitment qualifications whilst managing a number of high profile clients while promoting and marketing the companies recruitment services to expand and grow the business. In early 2007, I joined Döhle Yachts as Recruitment / Business Development Manager for Döhle Yachts. Using my extensive background and network within the Superyacht industry and my experience in HR, business development, recruitment and client relationships I understand the importance of delivering a first class service and building relationships with HNW clients, Captains and crew. In 2016 I was promoted to Head of Client Relations and New Business and continue to grow the business and strengthen my professional relationships and global networks while promoting Dohle Yachts services.
