WorkTripp is all about supporting every team to get-together, enjoy work, and be productive. On the surface, it's a marketplace for team offsites, bringing together the best venues, experiences, coaches, facilitators and speakers to create powerful memories. But beyond logistics is where we get to the good stuff. We work with impact & evaluation specialists to build impact into the design of everything we do. So, rather than flailing around wildly to create an offsite last-minute (sound familiar?!), we'll prompt you to set a clear goal, give guidance on the support that will help you achieve it, offer tips about structure & design, and provide surveys & diagnostics to measure the impact of your offsites. I’ve built and steered high-performing teams at Audible, Hoxby and Blinkist, across the six models of work: in-office, fully remote, remote+, fixed- and fluid-hybrid and 4-day week. Each has benefitted exponentially from getting together to share experiences and solve tough challenges. As the ways we work become more diverse, providing the scaffolding for those experiences, and prompting follow-on back-at-desk support, is going to be crucial to creating happy, productive teams moving forwards.
