Roles and Responsibilities:
• Providing awareness to new clients about today’s dynamic business environment that it is an absolute imperative to have good understanding of how real estate fits in the overall scope of logistics through its interaction with other elements such as production, transportation, inventory, technology and branding.
• Physical components of location and space of the buildings such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers and e-fulfillment centers.
• The rights associated with ownership or use of such spaces.
• Activities related to acquisition, leasing, asset management, dispositions and financial structuring of the physical assets either performed in-house or outsourced.
• Providing logistics buildings that can be classified in a number of ways according to the range of locations and functionality, building features, purpose, distribution speed and placement in the supply value chain.
• The overarching objective was to control total supply chain cost and meeting customer’s ever increasing service level expectations in today's radically changing business environments -making real estate a key component of any supply chain strategy.
• Finding the right buildings, locations, size, technology and financial options for the clients for their future to proof their properties from locational, economic and functional obsolescence in the long-term.
• Helping clients in Decision making such as whether to develop, buy or lease properties. Should the lease be renewed or relocating elsewhere in a better location with modern efficient building is a good option? What expert team is needed to transform vacant land into efficient operational warehouses?

Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Awan Trading Co (Pvt) Ltd

●	Handled tenders of Coal Fired Power Plant (2x660 Mega Watt) of 200,000mt and 150,000 mt worth of AED 230M and AED 175M respectively. 
●	Handled tender of 40,000mt, worth of AED 45M completed in 30 days.
●	Involved in procuring material of PKR.50Billion per annum by value.
●	I had worked in reducing inefficiencies by increasing service level due to efficient resourcing plans resulting in reduce frequency of stock outs. 
●	I had incurred cost savings by strong negotiations, increase service level and OTIF deliveries achieved high level of user satisfaction.
●	Handled Coal tenders of large-scale quantities in bulk that include bidding, request for proposal, documentation, financial and technical proposals, and logistics. 
●	Reviewed coal purchase contracts (CFR & Commercial), handling contracts, excise duty, wharfage, goods declaration, stevedoring and clearing bills.
●	I have been involved in dealing with banks regarding EIF submission, establishment of Local and International LCs of customers as well as internal LCs. 
●	Correspondence with the insurance companies for Marine insurance and Fire insurance.
●	Monitored coal specification results from Quality Analysis Agencies and made necessary arrangements to assure the quality delivered as per contracts.
●	Involved in passing Board Resolution on behalf of customers and resolved court penalties issues imposed by Karachi Port Trust due to late lifting of coal from the port premises. 
●	Handled coal transportation of 500,000 Metric Ton and saved PKR. 50 M by negotiating with the vendor. 
●	Assessed stocks analysis and product movement across the 7 depots in Pakistan, that includes root cause analysis of stock unavailability, failures and inventory deployment. 
●	Challenged Resolution along with RCA Analysis by strong liaison with logistics, warehouse and the entire supply chain planning team.
●	Measured the performance of supply chain planning team and assessed them against company goals such as KPIs and ROIs.

Reported directly to the Managing Director and GM. The Job entitles to Assess the Root Cause analysis of all the production related problems, Inventory management, production planning, logistics, reporting and working in close coordination with all concerning departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
●	Reported directly to the Director and General Manager, have been involved in production planning of weaving department.
●	Assessed the Root Cause analysis of all the production related problems.
●	Proposed working on generating reports such as Stock in and Stock out reports of Fabric, Stock Position of Yarn, Beam Position report, Loom plan, Machine Efficiency reports and Warping production reports.
●	Worked in close coordination with sales and marketing department, demand planning, warehousing as well as logistics department to ensure that stock outs as well as over stocking is avoided.
●	Involved in implementing integrated ERP system that reduced the time and labor cost by 6%.
