- EverCommerce acquired Brighter Vision, a SaaS marketing solution for therapists, in August 2020. 
- At Brighter Vision, I played an integral role in leading teams and generating demand, helping to grow ARR from $300k to over $5m in 6 years, and assisted with due diligence. 
- Following the acquisition, I was responsible for aligning BV’s sales metrics reporting to EC best practices and was shortly thereafter promoted to the EC Marketing Manager position.
- As Marketing Manager, I develop demand generation initiatives for brands within the SMB marketing solutions portfolio, leading a team to ensure proper execution and attainment of revenue growth goals.

Brighter Vision: Therapist Website Design

- Increased ARR from $2.5m to over $4m, leading a team of 8 individuals across 3 departments.
- Drove 30k leads via content marketing, brand partnerships, and paid sponsorships.
- Developed and executed go-to-market strategies for core product offerings, as well as two add-on products.
- Created Customer Success Department to sell add-on products and manage customer churn, increasing average revenue per account by +15%
- Managed all marketing automation processes and workflows. 
- Scaled sales team to 4 representatives and developed sales enablement strategies to surpass goals in all but one quarter.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing 

- Scaled sales team by onboarding 2 additional representatives, growing ARR from $1m to $2.5m.
- Continued to manage my own book of business, consistently surpassing quota. 
- Responsible for training, process development, CRM management, and performance tracking.

Director of Sales

- Closed 1,500 new accounts as the sole salesperson.
- Engaged prospects across all stages of the funnel, full sales cycle. 
- Consistently surpassed quota.

Director of Customer Happiness

- Developed and launched 50 unique WordPress websites for mental health private practices.
- Consulted directly with practice owners to ensure their success and prevent customer churn.
