I have pitched an idea, formed a team, and built a business within 48 hours. I befriended Italians while camping in the Sahara Desert and later visited them in the Canary Islands for my birthday. I impulsively started a rave in the center of Time Square with complete strangers. I developed creative marketing strategies to present to Abercrombie & Fitch and Barefoot Wine executives. I am a part of the marketing coordiNATION at Realync, a brilliant, beautiful real estate tech startup. In February of 2019, I received an email from my cousin explaining how she was opening a cafe. By June, I was a team leader, helping my cousin adapt business processes, manage inventory, create new products, and facilitate a workforce composed of three high schoolers, three Romanians, and three part-timers. I was a fundamental force in the baby phase of my cousin’s dream. I managed people five years younger than me and five years older than me. By the end of the summer, my boss was asking me to delegate to her. For the past 24 years of my life, I've been soaking up the world to understand the role I play in it. Early on, I discovered my zest and intensity for life and the work I do. In middle school, I found my love for humor and caring communities. In high school, I uncovered my true voice and ability to lead the masses with it. In college, I stumbled into a very fitting field of study, created an array of beautiful things, traveled the world, and located a direction in life that I could not be more excited about. Currently, I'm rapidly learning about adulthood and growing in my career with like-minded individuals in Indianapolis. I am a ball of energy with a passion to create moments, mindsets, and experiences that celebrate the adventure of life. It takes a lot of energy to run a business, and I bring the energy needed to do so.
