Freelance Event Management for 'Antal International Annual Global Conference' 2008 - to date (retained yearly contract)

Antal International is one of the fastest growing, privately held recruitment companies in the world. Since 1993 Antal International has been placing mid to senior level candidates with clients worldwide. 

AIAGC have franchised prestigious international history and pedigree and now have more than 100 offices across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

My role has consisted of:

- Complete venue research & bookings
- Speaker research & bookings
- Procurement & liaison of sponsors and exhibitors
- Full agenda planning
- Full liaison between Antal, PR Company, AV suppliers & Speakers
- Content management of delegate packs
- Organisation and full sourcing of all Antal branded products & give-away's
- Full delegate logistical management ( approx 300 delegates ) - including Transport, All accommodation, Meals & Evening Entertainment 
- Registration Management
- Table planning and seating logistics
- Over-see private breakout meetings 
- Organise Awards dinners
