I am a Partner at Ropes & Gray representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide range of complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, recapitalizations and other equity investment transactions. I also regularly counsel clients on general corporate and governance matters. I have advised clients across a number of industries, including health care, software/technology, consumer and industrials.
