Senior Agency Client Lead

My role requires me to have ownership of targets within our agency partnerships. 

I am part of the Business Team that leads Brand Advance's mission to ensure diverse media plans run alongside all agency and client current media plans - giving Brand Advance’s agency partners access to all communities globally across our network.

Responsibilities:
● Handling our Publicis Groupe Account 
● Grow IO base and Programmatic Direct revenue (PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed) and hit budgets.
● Work with the client team to ensure we are knowledgeable and represented in meetings.
● Work closely with our Senior Client Lead, ensuring they are aware of the sales pipeline, meeting calendar and any industry issues which could affect revenue.
● Continually expand knowledge about the media landscape and digital generally, paying close attention to trends, technologies and pricing models.
● Understand our clients’ needs and tailor the correct business proposal to each individual client.
● Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
● Preparing presentations and sales displays.
● Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
● Developing quotes and proposals.
● Provide strategic thinking and guidance on the best application of products, services
and technologies for our agencies' clients and work to ensure our programmatic activation is connected to our full range of digital capabilities to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Specialist independent planners and buyers at Hurst Media regularly reduce brands’ marketing and advertising costs. They can procure advertising space at preferred rates from any media company across any platform: broadcast, online, print, outdoor and more.

As a customer service representative, I would generally spend my time taking calls from customers about everything from insurance quotes to policy renewals, complaints, taking card payments and dealing with general inquiries

• Collected coverage monitoring of David Beckham for Adidas in regards to reopening of the Adidas flagship store.
• Researched and created concise overview of companies H+K would be working with.
• Did launch reports on new Adidas kit worldwide.
• Did phone pitches to media outlets in regards to potential news stories that my interest them.

Sports Marketing and PR Intern (1 Month) 

ESP Properties

• Created presentations on brand prospects, new business, sponsorship sectors and competitors in the sport marketing industry.
• Researched and created concise overview reports for companies the ESP would be pitching to, matching brand prospects with current or potential clients.
• Conducted research projects into a global stadium landscape for a stadium naming rights opportunity, with the presentation of data to senior management.
• Conducted research on the European eSports market.
