Implementation/Solutions Engineering

As Assembled's first SDR, I was responsible for sourcing leads, drafting copy, making initial outbound contact, and ultimately booking meetings for AEs. While I enjoyed this work, the area of most critical need for the business at the time was in onboarding new users. As a recent power user of the product myself from a prior role, pivoting into Implementation was a natural fit.

Sales Development Representative

Imperfect Foods

I transitioned to this role after being laid off from my prior role. This is the role I am most proud of on my resume, because I had to pivot my skill set dramatically in order to be successful. I was able to overcome the learning curve and prove myself as an operational thinker that could solve analytical challenges as well as build relationships. A few specific accomplishments include:

-Developing the "Eggcellent Engagement" program which incentivized increased adherence scores and ultimately drove up effeciency while making agents feel valued.
-Discovering and solving for multiple workflow inefficiencies, resulting in higher SLA attainment
-Transitioning from spreadsheet scheduling and reporting to a WFM platform, and working closely with upper leadership for all change management related to the project.
-Leading the Imperfectly Out ERG for LGBTQ+ Imperfectionists

Workforce Specialist

In this position, I was responsible for signing up new Imperfect Foods subscribers both virtually and in person. This involved a mix of guerilla style canvassing work, event organization, as well as leveraging social media and connections in the local community. A few specific accomplishments include:

-Signing up more than 2000 new subscribers during my tenure
-Regularly being in the top 10% of sales performers, and achieving the highest numbers across the team in the final quarter of this role
-Developing a new method of outreach by leveraging partnerships with community leaders to generate leads

Note: I was unexpectedly laid off along with the rest of the department due to Covid.
