Samadara Ginige is an award winning logo and brand identity designer. She is also a typographer and a lettering artist. She is a web-centric software developer by education. Samadara self-studied designing and started her design career in 2011. She has an extensive international portfolio of clients consisting of projects including logo, brand identity and typography. Samadara has won many prestigious awards including the A’ Design Award, Design and Design Award and Logo Wave Award. Her designs have been showcased in many design exhibitions around the world. Her debut solo exhibition was held in 2016 displaying over 50 of her iconic logo designs and typographic poster designs. She works from her Design Studio based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Her designs are known for their simplicity and sophistication. She loves learning new design techniques, sketching, and typography in between her work.
