Wesentliche Aufgaben:

• Ausbau und Pflege der Social Media-Kanäle von Holmes Place (und weiteren Untermarken) mit Fokus auf Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn und TikTok.

• Führung der Content-Strategie für den organischen Social Media-Bereich

• Planen und Erstellen von Bild-, Text und Video-Content für die Social Media Kanäle entlang der Stories, Produkte und Zielgruppen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Performance Marketing, CRM und Content bei Kampagnen und im Story-Telling

• Entwicklung und Erfüllung klarer KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Support Team im Community-Management

• Erschließen neuer Kanäle und Zielgruppen durch neue Tools, Plattformen und Partnerschaften (Influencer, Gastautor:innen)

In meiner Funktion als (Senior) Social Media Managerin habe ich nachfolgende Aufgaben:

- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social Media Strategien, Projekten und Kampagnen

My main task was the influencer marketing:

- Influencer research
- Connecting with influencers and building relationships
- Conducting negotiations: pricing, terms of contract and other project-specific details

- Reviewing postings to ensure complete accuracy and fulfillment of contractual obligations

DefShop is one of the biggest online shops for hip hop clothing, urban streetwear and sport fashion in Europe. It was founded in 2007 in Berlin and has grown into a multichannel ecommerce platform with its own app and seven physical stores in Germany. DefShop offers over 25.000 products from about 350 brands. 


My responsibilities:

- Researching and identifying social media influencers on Instagram and YouTube who are appropriate for a sponsorship
- Connecting with prominent influencers and building relationships
