I am a skilled communicator and critical thinker and enjoy applying these skills to solve complex problems. I've worked across a range of settings within the early childhood sector in Australia as an educator, centre director, workshop facilitator and lecturer. My doctoral thesis focussed on parent and professional experiences of inclusion in early childhood programs in Victoria. I have experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, program evaluation, and workshop facilitation. In my current role, I provide high quality policy, strategy and evaluation advice to clients in and around government.
