Supporting the organisation, teams, and individuals in all aspects of health and wellbeing. Design, coordinate and implement a holistic Health and Wellbeing strategy to engage, educate, empower, and support all employee groups. Utilise internal data to identify emerging trends and needs, coordinating with national health campaigns where appropriate, which ensures delivery of a strategy that focuses on proactive and preventative elements as well as support and education. Undertake in depth analysis of interventions and strategy elements to demonstrate ROI.
Working collaboratively with individuals and teams from across the organisation to deliver programme of health and wellbeing education, through internal training, quarterly Health and Wellbeing publication, intranet and in person events, to educate employee groups on a range of health and wellbeing topics as well as designing and deliver training and education events remotely and in person. 
Coordinate network of Mental Health Ambassadors, including developing robust processes and monitoring of their health and wellbeing, as well as monitoring service use, and trend analysis.

Health & Wellbeing Advisor 

Independent Office for Police Conduct

Providing evidence based advice to teams and individuals across the organisation on all aspects of workplace health and well-being. Collaborating across departments to develop interventions, reduce sickness absence and foster psychologically safe working environments for all staff. Monitor and review effectiveness of interventions, responding to employee need and providing recommendations.  
I also coordinate our TRiM response and StRaW Practitioners, through our STREAM (Stress Trauma Resilience Employee Assistance Model)  working with our regional STREAM Managers; developing and implementing vital CPD and monitoring and evaluating the service for effectiveness and themes that may require addressing.

Mental Health and Suicide First Aider; Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) and Sustaining Resilience at Work (StRaW) Practitioner and Invisible Illness Advocate. I hold the NEBOSH Certificate in Managing Health and Well-being in the Workplace, a Masters in Workplace Health and Wellbeing with Distinction.

I am passionate about reducing mental health stigma, promoting workplace health and well-being and ensuring staff feel comfortable to bring their whole selves to work.
