•	Working collaboratively across all GBS (Global Banking School) campuses nationally who deliver the LTU degree programme. Providing frequent formative feedback to adult learners (national and international) before summative submission.
•	Helping to develop module specifications, curriculum development in affiliation with Oxford Brooks University.
•	Level 4 Module leader across all campuses (Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London) 
•       Key focus inclusion of students when delivering and designing modules.
•      Maintain retention, provide pastoral support and make necessary referral to relevant departments in order to provide further support to students in order for them to progress and achieve.

•	BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF – with exams/ with work placement) 
Prepare/design/deliver various learning resources. 
•	Provide tutorial's covering learners’ emotional, social, economic, and personal growth. For examples, level 3 learners are supported through their learning and progression application (e.g., UCAS, apprenticeships)
•	Encourage a caring nature in HSC students, providing learners with not only an understanding of the subject matter but also provide learners with an awareness and an ability to apply the 6Cs, Care Values and ethical principle in work experience.  
•	Whilst completing their study programme, learners are expected to ‘Commit’ to their learning and practice and have the ‘Courage’ to take accountability for their progression.
•	Learners are indirectly taught the value of the college ‘Community’ and the wider community locally through various enrichment activities.  
•	Learners' achievements linked to behaviours, attitudes, attendance, retention and personal development are recorded via ProMonitor.

A history producing outstanding pedagogy and andragogy student outcomes. Highly motivated, with a flexible approach, believing in collaborative teamwork. I am devoted to see students develop both as individuals and academically through innovative, engaging, and outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment. My passion is to work on new ideas, models, curriculums modules and programmes embedding inclusion for all levels of students as I believe that ALL students, regardless of labels, should be members of the general education community.
