I have 6+ years of experience including running my own D2C turned E-commerce startup, Private Equity & VC investing at Goldman Sachs, and Sales, Strategy & Operations at Snapchat. I’m also deeply interested in consumer and media startups, and have worked as a VC Scout for VC funds, alongside trying to build a syndicate for media and consumer startups in EMEA. If I had to name my superpower, it’d be storytelling and people engagement. In an attempt to understanding the creator economy better and becoming a creator myself, I’m currently recording a video podcast, The Desi Expats, to explore the triumphs and trials faced by South Asian expats who have immigrated to the UK; its about the highs and the lows, and everything in between; its essentially about what makes us human. I love all things tech, and I’m especially intrigued by how new frontiers of technology and media are interacting with the lives of consumers to create the ‘new digital normal’. I love chatting about the creator economy, content and streaming, AI, Web3, AR/VR, digital fashion, or anything that lies at the intersection of changing consumer behaviour and technology.
