Departmental Doctoral Program Committee (DDPC) Meeting: 
Preparing the agenda by collecting from all Program coordinators of doctoral programs
Issuing meeting notices and circulating them
Preparing the meeting files with all required applications in coordination with Post-graduate academics office. 
Preparing Proceedings of the meeting
Getting the meeting circulated
Preparing letters for further approvals as recommended by DDPC
Following up with all applications/ letters and closing the cases after final decision

Entry tests of Post Graduate Programs – Question Paper copy, Test Conduct and dissemination of the answer scripts.

Assistant Registrar (Section Head for Examinations)

▪	Semester Planning, class coordination, attendance mechanisms and dealing with student affairs.
▪	Coordination with teaching faculty for courses, maintaining record of their official documents. 
▪	Acting as a liaison between course instructors and program coordinators for semester commencement, organizing meetings and coordinating for daily tasks, issues and challenges.
▪	Coordinated with technical staff for creating individualized email addresses of each enrolled student for online classes and supporting each course instructor with newly adopted processes.
▪	Developing and maintaining linkages with industry and providing referral services to students and alumni.
▪	Exploring Internship & Job Placement opportunities for students and graduates. 
▪	Organizing institutional events and finding sponsorships to support the events like sports, annual dinner etc.
▪	Moderating the institutional events including Orientation Programs, Trainings, Faculty and Staff dinners
▪	Managing Social Media pages of the institute (LinkedIn and Facebook)
▪	Preparing press release for all events of the institute and getting it published on website of university

Assistant Registrar (Section Head for Academics)

-Guides the potential admission seekers and Provides Individual Guidance & Counseling sessions to students for academic and personal career challenges
-Assisting students in CV/Resume Preparation, Interviewing skills, Professional Grooming and other Career related concerns
-Accelerate students’ decision making process for their course/specializations selections based on their academic interests, attitude towards work and job market trends
-Provides Referral and placement services to students for academic assignments, jobs and internships
-Coordinating with Program Coordinators for various institutional events like Career Fairs, Alumni Reunions, National and International Conferences, Reception and Farewell Dinners, Sports events and Youth forums.
-Creating and maintaining Liaisons and networks with Public, Private, Corporate, Civil and Development Sector and finding new avenues of collaboration
-Perpetuate and grow professional networks and relationships with alumni of the institute 
-Maintains Social Media Pages of the Institute including daily posts (content & designing) 
-Team lead for Prospectus and Website content collection and development 
-Arranging the Professional Development Workshops for students based on the needs assessment
-Documents all day to day important events for the News section of the institutional website and social media pages
-Provides support to the administration in generating annual reports of the institute.
-Coordinating for Community Social Responsiveness/ Volunteer Projects of the institute and guiding students for the same

The 6 steps to avoid falling into "performance punishment" at work:

Being good at your job sometimes backfires.

You get more work, more responsibilities, but not necessarily more pay.

You get trapped in the 'performance punishment' trap.

Here's how it works:

↳ You exceed expectations
↳ Your boss gives you more work
↳ You complete it on time
↳ They think you can handle even more work
↳ You complete it on time
↳ Repeat (until you're burnt out)

The end result is you're overworked and underpaid.

Your work output slows down.

Your happiness at work decreases.

Your quality of life suffers.

So, how do you avoid 'performance punishment?'

1. Communicate your boundaries
