The role reports directly to the CTO and is empowered to establish the required thresholds that software must meet in order to be released. Proven experience in developing investment in staff, technology and service providers at the global enterprise level I have setup Quality Assurance-Center of Excellence (QA-CoE) at BCG and played a catalyst role to grow QA focus and embed QA into strategic view of the organization. Set up QA-CoE from scratch in the organization - grown from 01 to 120 globally in 3 years - took this time to build high-performing team focused on delivering quality, automation and innovation I am responsible for driving, managing and facilitating the testing transformation initiatives and strategy across multiple functions.
