My Background: 
I come from a 13-year career in banking working with small business and middle-sized businesses and their lending and full suite banking needs.  After banking I was President of a Dental Service Group with 20 offices which we successfully sold to Private Equity.  I continued consulting in that space, which is when I began my entrepreneurial career.  In conjunction I purchased 4 dental offices and helped fix and grow them which we have successfully done.  I want to pass on my experience and my reach to help you and your firm grow and succeed.

I successfully grew and positioned An Elegant Smile to be successfully sold to a large national operator that is owned by a multi-billion dollar private equity firm.

-Manage, underwrite, structure and price the commercial credit of Mutual of Omaha Bank Commercial Banking Relationships.  
-In addition, manage the full banking relationship with these commercial customers as their point of contact for all banking services.
-Manage and grow a portfolio that currently has $59 million in credit obligations and $9 million in deposits
-Facilitate customer growth through the management of short term debt facilities and long term capital structure by appropriately covenanting debt and equity ratios through the use of various equity instruments
-Managed interest rate risk, while growing the fee income portion of the loan portfolio through the implementation of interest rate swap derivative instruments through counterparty relationships.

-Uncovered key mitigants of risk, turning a declined commercial real estate deal into an approval allowing for future business of two other real estate secured deals.
-Taught clients how to manage efficiency of their cash operating cycle to cross sell cash management products.
