I am passionate about residential development with a particular interest in architecture and urban design. This led me to co-found Formwell Homes, a Victoria, B.C. based real estate development company focused on creating beautiful and truly livable townhomes. Prior to Formwell, I graduated from the University of Victoria with a B.A. in Economics in 2011 before starting my career in commercial real estate and development. I started as an analyst with Canada ICI Capital and then at Colliers International. That experience deepened my interest in development, which then led to being hired by rapidly growing residential developer in Victoria, B.C. At that company I grew into the role of Partner and VP of Development, overseeing projects with values reaching upwards for $100 million. I am excited to now be working alongside my two partners in Formwell, Kyle Ryan and Nick Saklas, where we have ambitious goals of reinvigorating the townhouse experience through a relentless dedication to make each home better than the last.
