The ability to get outside perspectives, insights into industry leader approaches, and execution power and skillsets can take a business to the next level. Traditional management consulting centers around 6-8 figure contracts, which many small businesses and startups cannot afford.

Led the strategic planning process to determine strategic roadmap & budget allocation for technology in a late stage startup with $1B+ in annual revenue. Growth of $300M in revenue during my time there.

Identify top strategic technology projects to submit to executives and board of directors for release of funds. Build business cases and financial models to prove ROI leading to approval of multiple multimillion dollar investments.

Developed processes to streamline strategic planning, frameworks to compare technology investments against other investments, including reframing traditional "cost center" projects such as re-architecturing infrastructure for impact to bottom line for more direct comparisons against traditionally revenue generating investments.

Management Consultant

Artisanal Bath Bomb Company

Founded temporary company to identify the market opportunity for artisanal bath bombs in B2B engagement for boutique hotels, starting in Los Angeles market and expanding afterwards.

Revenue broke even with expenses after month 1, and chose to pivot from marketing in the commercial space to a B2B play catering to boutique hotels. Determined startup was not venture scalable after 3 months and left to pursue other opportunities.

I still think about what it would have been like to keep this business going while I worked in management consulting. Perhaps in another life!
