Create documentation and train all users of Salesforce.com and the Salesforce mobile app
Create all Salesforce reports and dashboards for the company, including applications engineering, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and executive leadership

Maintain JR's website, social media, and other digital content
Support our marketing team with content creation including proof-reading, editing, and producing artwork and other creative materials
Maintain and update internal media library
Support trade show planning, including creating/editing promotional content
Writing and editing tasks related to internal communications, including contributing to and managing JR's newsletter.

Marketing and Communications Specialist

As a Technical Writer for JR Automation, I assembled documentation packages for a variety of custom automated equipment projects. I created and edited technical instruction manuals for users of world-class automated assembly cells, process parts lists, assemble programs and robot files, organize mechanical and controls drawings, and process OEM documentation. 


Additionally, I am a member of various committees at JR, including JR Community Care Fund Committee (fundraising), Community Outreach (volunteer work and sponsorship), and Green Team (sustainability).
