As a Solutions Engineer within Nielsen’s Global Support Team (Audience Measurement - Nielsen Marketing Cloud), I am responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient syndication of data segments across various platforms. I make sure clients meet their data requirements, while promptly addressing and resolving any emerging issues. 

My role also involves overseeing the backend functionality of our user interface, managing both internal and external client support tickets, and conducting data analysis to optimize processes and enhance overall performance. I manage database operations to ensure system stability and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges. 

Furthermore, I manage data monitoring alerts to ensure the timely ingestion and transmission of data, while swiftly resolving any issues related to data ingestion or outbound transmission. I also generate performance metrics and data delivery-ingestion reports to monitor system efficiency and drive continuous improvement in our data processes.
