I joined Growthschool when I decided, "I won't work with an early-age startup again." considering the instability in my last job.

It all began with a random conversation with Vaibhav that led me to this opportunity.

I joined as a Marketing & Content Associate. Things were scaling up fast.

I started by doing everything that came my way, as happens in a fast-scaling startup.

From working on long and late-night calls right from my second day at work to celebrating GS being LinkedIn's top 25 startups just before growing apart. 

It has indeed been a Crazy Ride & here's everything I could contribute to GS's growth:

➡️Built & implemented growth strategies to improve conversion rate to 8x. ➡️Delivered data-driven copies for performance marketing campaigns by aiming at problem-solving.
➡️Planned end-to-end marketing, content & growth strategies for various programs.
➡️Planned & executed data-driven Scripts for Video Ads, which led to the growth of 200% conversions.
➡️Took new initiatives for brand building & revenue generation.
➡️Created wireframes and optimized Landing pages & copies for better conversions for various programs to enhance user experience & resulting in 150% more conversions.

This period helped me learn and grow both individually and professionally.

But, I completed around three years while working for EdTechs; I wanted to do something more challenging and shift towards a Growth Marketing role, so I chose my next adventure at Juspay.

After I left my first job as a Digital Marketing Manager, I began my Freelance Career. I started working with small businesses, including Dental Clinics, Travel Agencies, Boutiques, Travel Agencies, EdTechs, D2C brands, etc.

I  managed their E-Mail Marketing, Branding, Generating Sales through Social Media Marketing, Generate High-Quality Leads, etc.

As the client base grew, I built a team of 5-6 freelancers and a few interns.

As a performance marketer, I helped them generate leads, build brand presence, create campaigns, etc.

I wrote several copies, including; Sales Copy, Ad Copy, Social Media Ads, Blog Posts, LinkedIn Posts, Short Stories, Website Content, Product Descriptions, E-Mail Content Copies, etc.

I worked with several clients alongside my full-time jobs till Oct 2022.

ZeroCoder is a non- profit initiative started by Our Team for the non-techies
and the non-marketers. ZeroCoder Pune Chapter is to help startup owners
understand the various tactics in digital marketing, help them understand

marketing for various businesses.

G2M Digital

After completing my graduation, I wanted to work with an Agency full-time again.

So I began working with G2M Digital as a Digital Strategist, an agency that worked with various brands across domains.

I focussed on working with EdTechs and D2C brands to manage their Performance Marketing and overall digital growth strategy.

During my tenure, I worked on several brands, including Sinarline, APP, Imarticus, and Manipal Institutes, and helped them scale and build awareness in the GCC region.

Social media, on average, managed to grow by 150% on Instagram for the brands.

Managed ORM, Copies and Coordinated with teams across content, design, and growth for smooth functioning.

Unfortunately, some investor issues arose, and the company had to shut down.

A few months later, I joined GrowthSchool while managing my freelance projects.

Digital Marketing Strategist

Abaxsoft Solutions

While freelancing, things were confusing for me in the beginning. I was advised to work with an agency. I began working with Abax Soft Solutions, which primarily built ERPs, and they also helped clients with Digital Marketing services.

My core responsibilities included Copywriting, Media Planning, Performance Marketing & Client Management.

I worked alongside founders with a team of interns and other executives. We managed Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and other related client activities.

We managed to grow social media growth by 15X and, on average, generated 3X ROAS for the clients across the SaaS domain.

I left the job in April 2020 to focus on the preparation for my final semester exam for Graduation.

When I was about to complete my 6-month digital marketing course, I used to help small and home-based businesses gain hands-on experience that helped me build my first portfolio.

I began applying for jobs and landed an opportunity with a mobile accessory brand, Accede.

They were more focused on their B2B Sales; when I joined, they wanted to break into the B2C world without making a hefty investment.

I began with optimizing their Amazon profile, from writing content, shooting product pictures, social media marketing, email marketing, and planning and executing performance marketing campaigns; I did it all. 

Alongside, I kept upskilling as a Performance Marketer & Copywriter. 

Professional growth became stagnant; I wanted to take up more enormous challenges. I began working as a Freelance Marketer & Copywriter.

I began working from my first year of graduation, began working as a "Presentation Specialist" for a B2B startup where I created presentations for the sales team; eventually, I learned tally, and within the same organization, I switched to an accounting role and worked almost for a year managing accounts alongside a team of CAs, and other account executives.

But something was missing!

I wasn't able to be creative.

Then everyone suggested, "HR is a great professional for Girls." I thought, let's give it a shot and start job hunting.

I began working with a Recruiting firm as an HR Recruiter to understand what the job looks like.

I worked for end-to-end BPO hiring.
My job included:
➡️Staying in touch with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
➡️Screening resumes
➡️Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates (First round of the interview)
➡️Administering appropriate company assessments, Performing reference and background checks
➡️ Making recommendations to company hiring managers concerning candidates
➡️Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
➡️Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals and making sure we meet them
➡️Completing timely reports on employment activity, conducting exit interviews on terminating employees, and sharing feedback with the organization's HR POC.

I could not use my creative skills, and most days looked monotonous. I wanted something to do, something where I could be creative. I began researching and came across a digital marketing. I began with learning the basics in one month crash course and then enrolled for a  6-month digital marketing certification. I left the job and focussed on pursuing the course.

(Meanwhile, I was also a home tutor)
