Hello, I am on the verge of embarking on a career transition to become a front-end developer. Having spent 11 years working in care, I came to the realization that it no longer fulfilled me. After an extensive search, I stumbled upon web development, and I was immediately captivated. A three-hour free course on YouTube was all it took for me to realize that this is precisely what I want to do professionally. I have since purchased several courses on Udemy and have completed four of them already. I am so passionate about this field that I devote my free time to it. Also, I have started a degree program that solely focuses on frontend, which will take about 1 1/2 years to complete, in order to further develop my skills and to have a direct proof for my long-term involvement in this field, which I can then use in the job market, where I will have a lot to offer. I am confident that I will complete all the courses by 2024 at the latest and would have already undertaken some minor coding jobs for compensation. In my pursuit to meet like-minded individuals, I believe that LinkedIn is the perfect platform to network with other coding professionals. I am excited about this new chapter in my life, and I will keep you posted on my progress.
