Long Term Recovery Program Manager, Youth Preparedness

• Supported the development of a "Accessible Instruction for an Inclusive Learning Environment" presentation training guide and resource for preparedness program managers and presenters to better support students with various access and functional needs in partnership with Red Cross volunteers and staff, FEMA, and Safe Kids Inc. 
• Expanded an "Addressing Student Questions and Concerns Related to School Shootings" document for Red Cross preparedness program managers and presenters to reference after a community or national school shooting in partnership with FEMA, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Safe Kids Inc.  
• Trained volunteers and staff to be presenters and new program managers for the youth preparedness program, The Pillowcase Project, highlighting best practices and volunteer development 
• Developed an "Authorized Partner Provider" establishment and implementation guide for building local community partnerships derived from a case study review of the experiences of five Red Cross chapters to support the youth disaster preparedness program, The Pillowcase Project 
• Created a program review video of The Pillowcase Project to be used by local chapters 
• Assisted with preparation, logistics, and activities for the Red Cross Youth Preparedness Conference

• Maintained social media accounts for the Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy program through Tulane University’s School of Social Work, along with producing and managing content for the student run blog
