Flat Iron Square, a vast outdoor space often described as an urban street festival. It's home to a wonderful array of street food traders, concept bars, live music stages and multiple restaurant sites. 

Omeara is a 320 capacity live space that bucks the trend of recent venue closures, welcoming record label showcases, special underplays from world-class acts and headline shows from the finest rising artists. Omeara also contains Cantina, a stunning cocktail bar offering high quality drinks with access to a terrace garden overlooking the Shard. 

•	Founded and built the marketing function for the business. 
•	Responsible for the company’s brand vision across the multiple brands on site. 
•	Set up and ran major activations across the site including the FIFA World Cup, Lagunitas Beer Circus, Oktoberfest, Winter Village and Guinness 6 Nations.
•	Secured a 750k sponsorship contract with Diageo for Guinness Six Nations and a 150k sponsorship contract for the FIFA World Cup with Heineken. 
•	Since my start date the business grew 86% in top line sales from bar sales alone.
•	Created a brand new content strategy, working closely with agencies to create innovative campaigns with the goal of becoming a market leader in hospitality.
•	Doubled the social media following on Instagram for both Flat Iron Square and OMEARA brand within 9 months – Flat Iron Square 4.3k > 9.5k – OMEARA 3.7k > 7k

ROKA Restaurants

ROKA is London's award winning Japanese restaurant, serving contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine in striking yet informal surroundings.

•	Founded and built up the events function for the business 
•	Responsible for the events, sales and marketing functions across all four London sites.
•	Generated 930k in revenue during year one for private and ticketed events with an increase of 295k in year two. 
•	Worked alongside Global Marketing Director to create innovative marketing campaigns to drive the events, restaurant covers and brand awareness.
•	Created marketing strategies for new ticketed events across the four sites to engage local businesses and customers such as pairing dinners, masterclasses and terrace party series.
•	Engaged with agencies to create content, social media plans and PR strategies.
