After purposefully creating Youtube and SEO content, I´ve garnered 50M+ organic video views on my content and attracted over $10M in real estate investments to our company. My mission: To serve our transition to a cosmic & connected civilization by empowering others to align and create a reality congruent with the opportunities of today. In particular, using the media house in our pocket and strategic video marketing strategies to become recognised and valued as a leader in their market. I am Australian born, to USA/Canadian parents. Growing up with one foot inside various nationalities, I consider myself a global citizen. Many people in Colombia consider me a gringo criollo. I arrived here in Colombia in 2009, traveling from Canada to Argentina, on the back of a KLR650 motorcycle. The pursuit of a passive cash flow enabled life lead me to start a real estate blog in Bogotá, that turned into a Residential/Commercial Real Estate brokerage, got me featured on a couple episodes of House Hunters International and lead me to partner with a group of talented real estate entrepreneurs in Medellín, Colombia. I then started using video across social media to garner millions of views and millions in investment to propel our startup into an international real estate firm with $50M fundraised, 220 doors under management and projects in 7 cities across LATAM & Europe. I have been exploring the ways we are connecting globally and how our attention transfer through the digital realm. After building my presence online, I am compelled to share what I have discovered with others.
