Caflon Ltd manufacture, design and train ear piercing instruments for use in the medical and hair and beauty sectors,  My role here saw me focusing on the smooth running of the training sessions on the south of the UK and developing both new and existing business, I am responsible for looking after our key accounts on my area- South of the U.K to include some major pharmaceutical  and the largest hair and beauty wholesalers, to include liaising with category managers and business managers, to drive forward and enhance our current coverage. 

Since joining I have increased our direct clientele business, in some instances our accounts have increased by 150% with agreements in place to further expand the business. i build relationships with both new and existing clients by face to face contact. I have responsibility for pitching to clients to increase current lines carried our existing customers. Recently i have been focusing on marketing activity and identifying the requirements for change, recently advancing the company into electronic marketing and involving sales team in thoughts and ideas to increase business. I am a creatively minded individual that keeps abreast with current market trends through research and hands on experience
