I currently work Defense Acquisitions T&E for Booz Allen, supporting a major Navy program office with multiple high priority systems under test in the T&E phase. I have 20 years of professional experience, serving as a Navy officer (helicopter pilot) in Naval Aviation, International Partnerships, Aviation Safety, Strategic Human Capital Management, Organizational Culture & Behavioral Change Management, and Operational Test & Evaluation. Transitioned and now serve in T&E capacities! ***Always willing to learn new skill sets. Recently served as a Software Manual Tester then selected as the Quality Assurance-Quality Control leader for prepping a major DOD program for automation testing, and liked it!!! Superb soft skills and personal work ethic that contributes to effective team building, positive organizational culture, and mission success. I have 8 kids ranging 2-20 years old, flew a very old helicopter, and grew up in an Army Sergeant Major’s home; so I learn new things every day, always keep it humble, am very adaptable to chaos, respect others, and can find something in common with anyone and then work with them to achieve the objective while having fun doing it!
