- Collaborated with a 10-person team to develop integrated campaigns, leveraging knowledge of social and digital platforms, relevant influencers, sponsors and promotional marketing techniques to change YAYA℠ brand perceptions 

2013 Missouri School of Journalism Strategic Communication Career Fair
- Aided in planning, onsite coordination and post production including catering, menu selection, site design, accommodations and event communications for student workshops and the department wide career fair 
- Successfully recruited over 40 agencies and companies, serving as an event liaison to over 85 recruiters and 500 student participants, making the event the largest career fair to date

PR Account Executive

Red Frog Events is an independent event production company creating top-notch events serving up to 50,000 participants through innovation and passion, while laughing all the way. 

- Recognized and chosen out of 80 interns for an additional extended internship

Great Urban Race and Warrior Dash 
- Researched and contacted potential venues to construct site designs, contract vendors and performers, and coordinate site logistics
- Operated as event production staff, manager of volunteers, contact for vendors, and customer service representative to over 20,000 participants while on-site

Firefly Music Festival Volunteer Team
- Built inaugural festival volunteer program including pre/post event communication and creation of registration, check-in and management processes 
- Tasked with recruiting, scheduling and directing over 1400 volunteers for the 3-day event
- Acted as on site contact for volunteers and over 100 event staff members

Sponsorships and Charity Partnerships
- Customized sponsorship packages for the 2012 Warrior Dash season, including coordination and onsite activation
- Initiated relationships with Ronald McDonald House and Special Olympics IL, resulting in volunteer opportunities including producing and staffing the annual Windy City Rubber Ducky Derby festival area
