Samraddha Mor is currently a Lead Consultant at Flipkart, a leading E-Commerce player where he is working in the People Tech team on the Employee Experience, Change Management and Automation Charters. Earlier, he was a PGP-HRM candidate at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and graduated in 2021. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Civil engineering from Ujjain Engineering College (Formerly known as Government Engineering College), Ujjain. During his time at MDI, he was a Senior Coordinator in the Corporate and Marketing Communication Committee and a Senior Team Member in HR Direction (The HR Academic Club). He is a dedicated and resilient person with strong work ethics and has a knack for engaging himself in diverse learning experiences. He has been associated with different organisations as a live project intern. Apart from this, he has also done several online courses like People Analytics, Managing Employee Performance, Organisational Learning & Development, Managing Talent and Employee Engagement. To pursue his interest in Social Work he has been a Volunteer at different events and was also an Associate with Atma where he helped NGO's by building HR systems and streamlining processes.
