Returning to India, I founded Kantascrypt Pvt Ltd, an IT firm that has since transformed businesses by delivering cutting-edge solutions, from digitizing organizations to building end-to-end applications and offering data analytics services to clients across India, the USA, and Canada. What started as a solo endeavor has grown into a thriving team of 10+ brilliant minds. Together, we’ve built three market-ready products: Skoolbase, Bizman, and Selfhatch, empowering businesses and individuals alike. These 8 years have been a rollercoaster of learning, blending tech innovation with business acumen. But my mission doesn’t stop there. For the past 3 years, I’ve been dedicated to nurturing talent, mentoring freshers, and delivering impactful corporate training. I’ve had the privilege of training over 150 tech enthusiasts, helping them kickstart their journeys in IT. When I’m not leading projects or conducting training, I dive deep into AI/ML research, exploring the endless possibilities of the future. And in moments of quiet?
