We've uploaded 6 Youtube videos for Adam Robinson so far.

These are broad tutorials that rank on Youtube search forever.

Think: "Ultimate Beginner's Guide for LinkedIn Ads in 2026"

These videos are the foundation, as they'll bring in traffic for years.

Video Type #2: Specific Guides

Narrower guides about specific LinkedIn Ads features.

Think: "LinkedIn Ads Audience Targeting Explained (2026)"

These will get less traffic than general guides.

But higher conversion rates, because viewers who watch these are further down the funnel.

Video Type #3: Outliers

These are borrowed video ideas from other niches.

Think: "5 Years of LinkedIn Ads Knowledge in 17 Minutes"

These are video concepts that have crushed it in other niches, so we adapt them in our niche.


CONVERSION STRATEGY

Here's what works best to drive sign-ups from Youtube:

Demo the software as part of the tutorial (not as a sales pitch)

Example: In a video about measuring LinkedIn Ads ROI, we show how to set up Fibbler to track performance.

And we put the sign-up link at the top of the description.


PRODUCTION

Here's our formula:

Hook: Fast-paced, highly edited (first 30 seconds are crucial)

Body: Talking head + screen-share walkthroughs (Adam's niche requires it)

Visuals: Clean, professional, educational

We're making content that actually teaches, not just entertains.

→ 2-3 strong contrasting colors (max)

→ 1-4 words of text (fewer is better)

→ Show don't tell (use visuals)

→ Make everything BIG (thumbnails are tiny)

The biggest mistake I see is people spending 5 hours perfecting their video.

Then 5 minutes on the thumbnail.

That's fully backwards.

The thumbnail determines if anyone watches your masterpiece.

If you're out of ideas, here's a quick hack to create winning thumbnails:

1. Download VidIQ Chrome extension

2. Search your video topic on YouTube

3. Look for videos with red/blue multipliers on them (outliers)

4. Recreate their thumbnail concept with your twist

Remember: Your content is only as good as your packaging.

So stop holding back.

Be the person in your niche where people think:

"Why are they giving this away for free?"

That's when you can scale FAST with content.

"YouTube takes too long to see results"

I hear this all the time.

And honestly? It's complete BS.

Here's why:

Most people think YouTube is a 3-8 month play before you see any ROI.

That's only true if you're treating it like a content platform.

Not a sales asset.

The truth is, you can start seeing ROI from YouTube in month 1.

Let me explain how.

When we start creating YouTube videos for a new client, we use every video as a nurturing tool immediately.

We do this by:

→ Sending the videos to prospects before sales calls

→ Sharing them with their email list

→ Promoting them across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to drive their audience to YouTube

→ Using them in follow-ups when leads go cold

The result?

You get extra conversions from these, even in the first couple of weeks.

Now yes, organic growth takes 90 days on average.

But you don't need to wait 90 days to see results.

You just need to be strategic about how you use the content so you can squeeze the most juice out of it.

And when you think about those 90 days that it takes to start compounding...

(I make two, and it changed everything)

Here's the strategy that turns the views my clients get on YouTube into leads:

🔺 First CTA at the 33% mark of the video.

Keep it short and non-chalant.

Something like "Btw, if you want help with this, link's in the description."

Don't make a big deal out of it.

🔺 Second CTA at the end of the video.

This one is longer and more persuasive.

Position your offer as the next logical step after the value you just provided.

For example: "You now know the strategy, but if you want us to implement it for you, book a call below."

The early CTA catches people who are already sold.

The end CTA converts people who needed the full video to trust you.

You need both.

Creating YouTube content is overwhelming

(Until you understand this one framework)

Most business owners never start YouTube.

Because they think about all the moving parts.

Video ideas, scripts, recording, editing, thumbnails, SEO, strategy.

It feels impossible.

But here's what nobody tells you:

You already have all the content you need.

-Look at your LinkedIn posts

-Look at your newsletters.

-Look at your lead magnets.

Every piece of content you created can become a YouTube video.

Today, take one content piece you have and turn it into a bullet pointed video outline.

Then spend 20 minutes recording it. (doesn't have to be perfect)

Do this once per week for 3 months.

You'll have 12 videos nurturing your audience on autopilot.

You got this!

"I'm not good on camera."

Just shut up!

Being good on camera literally doesn't matter if you're in the B2B space.

What matters is the value you provide.

Your prospects are not looking at your tonality or how entertaining you are.

They look at:

-Is this guy helping me solve my problems?
-Is he an actual expert?
-Do I get actionable stuff I can implement after I watch his content?

I get it, you feel weird when recording.

You're stuttering, you're messing up, it's hard.

But will you let this stop you from going out there, sharing your knowledge and establishing your business as the #1 choice in your market?

Your competitors aren't waiting.

And your potential clients need your expertise now, not when you feel "camera-ready."

Record it. Post it. Improve from there.

Should your YouTube channel be in your personal or your company's name?

Here's the quick answer:

We see that personal channels generally perform better because people connect with people.

That's not to say that company channels don't work.

Just look at:
- Instantly
- Clay
- Hypefury

But in general, you'll grow faster if it's branded under your name.

Now here's the problem...

If your YouTube becomes a main marketing channel for your company, and it's built on your brand, what happens if you want to exit?

You will either have to rebrand the channel, which usually causes a big drop in performance...

Or you just stop promoting that business on YouTube and turn off the lead flow.

Both of these options will hurt your business and drive down the exit value.

BUT

If you build a YouTube channel on your personal brand, this means you can use that to promote any venture you get into in the future.

It's an insanely valuable asset to have.

So what should you do?

Well, I'll try to make it easy for you:

IF you're planning to have a big exit, you should have a company YouTube channel.

IF you're not planning to exit or you're planning to leverage YouTube for multiple of your ventures in the future and have it as a long-term marketing asset, build a personal channel.
