Despite her hard work and the store's impressive sales, profits were always tight. This experience taught me early on that revenue alone isn't enough—profitability and financial management are essential for long-term success and stability. My mother’s story shaped my understanding of business, and it drives my passion to help founders avoid the financial pitfalls that can undermine even the most promising ventures.
