UK Partner Channel manager responsible for the full partnership between Telefonica O2 UK and their digital strategic collaboration with Box.

Responsibilities include managing sales, marketing and incentives, professional services, legal negotiations and commercial decisions relating to scaling a business revenue stream through a leading Telco environment.  Box is sold through all divisions of Telefonica O2 UK ltd from SOHO and 450 retail stores, 34 indirect partner resellers, a large mid-market division and Telefonicas Enterprise division.

My role was to acquire new business in the SME market space, focusing mainly on the smaller and sub-10 handset deals.  I was tasked with sitting 12 customer facing meetings per week and self generating every appointment by any means necessary.
This encouraged me to learn the art of door-knocking and the ability to cleanse data in front of prospects led me to self gen on average 14 appointments per week.
There was a deal on the day mentality which developed my negotiation skills.
I hit target every month I was there and the experience with Pure allowed me to progress to O2.

My role was in a retail shop based in the centre of Rugeley in Staffordshire.  
I was to generate £5000.00 of Gross profit every month for the retail business of 6 stores across the midlands.  
I was dealing with walk in customers, I was leafleting to generate business and I was also self generating appointments for myself over the phone informing customers that they were due for renewal.
I regularly exceeded my targets and averaged £10-13,000 per month whilst at M-Viron.

I moved to Six-ways after I left school as part of their Academy programme, my role was to play the best rugby I could for both the Academy team and the Guinness A league team.
I was also responsible for multiple visits to local schools and colleges to undertake and lead many coaching sessions, developing skills and tactical awareness of children aged 6-16.
Unfortunately an injury led to early retirement and a move into the telecommunications industry.
