I worked on the implementation phase of the Planning & Forecast Development project. This project will deliver into Strategy & Planning a fit for purpose implementation of the IBM Planning Analytics system to support Student Number Planning, Research Income Planning, Finance Planning, Staff Planning and Resource Allocation Management. Leeds is the first University to attempt such an encompassing implementation of this system and will allow it to produce accurate, agile financial plans to support its strategic aims. We have a great team on board with some great ideas and we're working alongside a really capable supplier in Capita Consulting (formerly Barrachd).

Business Process Consultant

With MCA Coopers I have provided specialist IT and Process consultancy services into the FE industry. I have produced reviews of IT systems, making recommendations for setting strategy at several colleges and adult learning institutions.
Most recently I have been a team member of a large college turnaround and transformation programme, providing business process mapping services to inform the implementation projects and bring together teams to harmonise their working practices. Throughout this I challenged the status quo, helping to redefine services, increasing customer satisfaction and efficiency. I also managed the work to complete upgrades and improvements to the college website, including integrations with the course directory and apprenticeship vacancy data sets from internal MIS systems.

At the University of Leeds I was lucky to manage several exciting initiatives.
The Attendance Monitoring project sought to introduce a revolutionary new way of marking students' attendance at teaching sessions: using Bluetooth beacons and a digital timetable on students' mobile devices.
10,000 Women took the amazing curriculum developed by global partners for the Goldman Sachs Foundation and brought this onto the Coursera platform to reach an even wider audience.

- Web Filter OJEU procurement and replacement for 75,000+ clients

With CoSocius I lead and deliver a range of high profile and complex ICT projects for Cheshire East Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council.
•	HR & Payroll implementation, managing an internal and third party delivery team for a newly formed company of 1500 staff with complex employment arrangements.
•	Compliance projects for SQL and Windows Server (decommissioning and upgrades) managing multiple internal teams to strict deadlines. This project has involved considerable stakeholder management and careful planning to avoid issues with legacy systems.
•	Windows 10 proof of concept implementation across two county councils.
•	OJEU procurement of a content filtering solution, working within statutory regulations

As a Portfolio Project Manager for CoSocius, I successfully managed many smaller scale projects that were fast moving and with little tolerance. My performance in this role led to the Project Manager role at the same client from August 2015 onwards.
