As a relationship banker, I introduce clients to the services and opportunities Bank of America offers, focusing on services that best fit their goals and priorities. This role is split into two duties, one as a teller and the other as a banker. As a teller, I am often the first face clients see when they enter, in this role, I search for any potential client needs while providing the highest quality customer service. While being a banker I help to uncover and fulfill client needs, whether it be assistance on Bank of America's digital platform, providing knowledge on Bank of America's products, or getting them in contact with the many other skilled Bank of America departments and representatives.

Relationship Banker

Walmart

Provide financial service to customers that utilize Walmart's financial services segment. I also assist management with day to day tasks such as scheduling and occasionally fill in for night managers in the case of call-ins or sick leave.
