• Design test case-based selected testing environment to create ideal scenarios to validate system requirements have been met. Report any functionality issues during the testing phase and advise the lead consultant on best practices to optimize system functionality and efficiency. 

•Preparing annual forecast of cost summary/projection for client renewals and provide recommended upgrades based on the changing needs of client accounts.
