**Instrumental in driving first $100,000 revenue through high volume zoom meetings, follow up, creative strategy, proposal management, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding. First executive hire pre seed and Fanaply subsequently raised muti million dollar seed round and hired seven FT employees.

**Prospecting, pitches and relationships closed the Colorado Avalanche, Nashville Predators, OKC Thunder, American Express & SZA, Live Nation/Rolling Loud, Pepsico, THG (LON:THG), Just for Laughs, MonstaX, MomentumWW, and many more.

**Consulted clients on e-commerce and digital marketing applications, including an app built to sell digital collectibles on Shopify stores and an SDK for building into client apps. Gained technical platform and product knowledge in order manage client product requests and build an internal FAQ.

**Deal making included revenue modeling, negotiating license fee, monthly saas fees, revenue sharing, and redlining agreements, SLAs and DPAs with support from legal. Also oversaw ongoing term sheet boilerplate updates.

**Cross departmental teamwork with product, strategy, and account management led to new product features and collaborative proposals.

**Implemented Pipedrive CRM for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, databasing, and team activity management.

Fame House was acquired by Universal Music Group in 2016.

Fame House was one of the first e-commerce / social media / digital strategy companies in the music industry. Scaled from 1 to 150 people in 9 years. Powered the majority of UMG's e-commerce business for over 500 shops, from Shopify storefronts, to fulfillment, customer service, and digital marketing. Managed social media and digital strategy for some of the world's leading recording artists and entertainment companies.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
**Early-stage hire and operator instrumental in growing team to 40+ members, and increasing revenue ~100% YoY through 2016. Brought on 100+ clients across tech enabled services: e-commerce and digital marketing. Managed a four person BD team across Philadelphia, Nashville and LA.

**Persuaded early adopters to invest in digital marketing services, and relationships frequently led to upselling into e-commerce and creative services for clients like Alicia Keys, Big3, Blink182, Maroon5, Mitchell & Ness, Pearl Jam, Phantogram and many more.

**Helped FH shift pitch from digital marketing to Shopify store management. Studied e-commerce deal making landscape in order to hone value proposition and optimize services, terms, proposals and contract templates.

**Massaged difficult client scenarios including contract disputes, pricing objectives, missed deadlines, scope creep and collections.

**Implemented pipedrive CRM for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, databasing, and team activity management. 

**Managed contract negotiations and worked closely with counsel on negotiations and boilerplate updates.

**Partnered with sister company, Epic Rights, to offer VIP, tour merchandising and retail licensing.
